I specialize in mindfulness training, life optimization, forgiveness, and guidance in navigating all of life’s anxieties, struggles, and joyful moments.

Training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

Approach

My style is relational and collaborative. I have spent considerable time helping people with depression, relationships, grief and loss, anxiety, trauma, goal clarification and goal achievement.

I often focus on the way people connect to others and the way they are conceptualizing their major life events as pathways to change.
